2、如何报名参加上海论坛？
How to register for participation in the Shanghai Forum.
5月24日（周五）上午举行的上海论坛2024开幕式及下午的分论坛均为邀请制，如有兴趣参加，可邮件与我们联系（shanghaiforum@fudan.edu.cn）。
5月25日（周六）及5月26日（周日）在复旦大学举办的分论坛，除闭门会议外，均向大众开放，具体时间、地点安排请参见《上海论坛2024会议手册》（https://shanghaiforum.fudan.edu.cn/b0/a5/c19378a635045/page.htm）。
On May 24th (Friday), the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Forum 2024 and the afternoon sub-forums are both by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please contact us via email (shanghaiforum@fudan.edu.cn).
On May 25th (Saturday) and 26th (Sunday), the sub-forums held at Fudan University will be open to the public, except for closed-door meetings. For specific timing and location arrangements, please refer to the Shanghai Forum 2024 Conference Programme
3、我是论坛嘉宾，为何无法登录上海论坛会议注册网页？
I am a guest of the forum, why can't I log in on the Shanghai Forum’s Conference Service Platform website?
您的登录账号是收到上海论坛邀请函邮件的邮箱地址，初始密码则在邮件末尾。当然，您也可以通过邮箱找回密码，新密码会发送到您的邮箱。若还是无法登录，可邮件与我们联系（shanghaiforum@fudan.edu.cn）。
Your login username is the email address where you received the invitation email, and the initial password is provided at the end of the email. Alternatively, you can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password option, and a new password will be sent to your email address. If you still encounter difficulties logging in, please contact us via email (shanghaiforum@fudan.edu.cn).
4、注册提交后，我还可以继续修改机票或酒店信息吗？还可以上传文件吗？
After submitting the registration, can I continue to modify flight or hotel information? Can I also upload files?
您可在4月30日前随时更改机票与酒店信息。需要提醒的是，如果机票代理已为您出票，则可能会产生退改签费用。在会议系统关闭之前，嘉宾可随时登录系统上传文件。会议系统将在论坛开始前三天关闭。
You can make changes to your flight and hotel information at any time before April 30th. However, please be aware that if your flight tickets have already been issued by the agency, there may be fees associated with changes or cancellations. Guests can log in to the system to upload files any time before the forum. The conference system will be closed from May 21.
5、我需要申请VISA，如何获取正式邀请函？
I need to apply for a VISA. How can I obtain the official invitation letter?
您可进入会议注册系统英文界面，点击页面右边的“Visa Invitation”下载官方邀请函。需要注意的是，不同使领馆对于邀请函的要求各异。请仔细核对邀请函是否符合您当地使领馆的要求。如需调整邀请函内容，请邮件联系我们，我们将尽快为您出具新邀请函。
You can access the English interface of the Conference Service Platform website and click on Visa Invitation on the right side of the page to download the official invitation letter. Please note that different embassies and consulates may have different requirements for the invitation letter. Please check the downloaded letter carefully. If it does not meet the requirements of the local embassy or consulate, please contact us by email (shanghaiforum@fudan.edu.cn) and we will issue a new invitation letter as soon as possible.
6、每位嘉宾都需要提交论文吗？
Do all guests need to submit a paper?
组委会鼓励每位受邀在分论坛中发言的嘉宾提交一篇论文（4月15日前），并且于会前（4月30日前）提交PPT或演讲提纲。
The organizing committee encourages each invited guest who will be speaking at the sub-forum to submit a paper (by April 15th) and to submit their PowerPoint presentation or speech outline before the forum (by April 30th).
7、随行人员的费用由论坛支付吗？
Will the forum cover the expenses of accompanying persons?
论坛将不负担随行人员的所有费用。
The Organizing Committee will not cover any expenses for accompanying persons.
8、是否有接送机服务？
Is there an airport shuttle service?
我们不会安排接机服务，敬请谅解。如您需要，我们可为您联系酒店的接机服务。我们会安排几个班次的送机班车，详情请见《会议指南》（https://shanghaiforum.fudan.edu.cn/c5/c3/c19378a509379/page.htm）。
We will not provide airport pick-up services. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. However, if you require, we can assist you in arranging airport pick-up services through the hotel. We will arrange several shuttle bus services for departures. For more details, please refer to the Conference Guide (https://shanghaiforum.fudan.edu.cn/forumen/c5/c6/c19060a509382/page.htm).
9、会议期间如何从酒店前往会场？
How do I get from the hotel to the venue during the conference?
会议期间所有嘉宾均可乘坐班车往返会场与酒店之间，具体班车信息，请参见《会议指南》 （https://shanghaiforum.fudan.edu.cn/c5/c3/c19378a509379/page.htm）。
During the forum, all guests can use the shuttle bus service to travel between the venue and the hotel. For specific shuttle bus information, please refer to the Conference Guide (https://shanghaiforum.fudan.edu.cn/forumen/c5/c6/c19060a509382/page.htm).
