Kim Yoosuk

President of the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies

He joined the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies as President in March 2024 and has been with SK for more than 15 years, serving in numerous key positions, including Executive Vice President of SK Inc., CFO at SK On (EV battery business), CFO at SK Energy (oil refinery), and Vice President of SK China.

Before joining SK, he was the Director of Alternative Energy Division at BP plc and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. His career began as a diplomat in the Republic of Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

President Kim holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Seoul National University and an MBA from Yale University.
