Zheng Yu

Professor, School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University Distinguished Professor of Shanghai Oriental Scholar

ZHENG Yu is a Professor of International Politics at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), Fudan University. He is an expert on international development, international political economy, foreign aid and investment, and China-Africa relations. His publications have appeared in journals such as Social Science in China, Comparative Politics, International Studies Quarterly, Public Opinion Quarterly, Socio-Economic Review, Studies in Comparative International Development, Third World Quarterly and the University of Michigan Press. He is the editor-in-chief of Fudan International Studies Review and serves as reviewers for many leading journals. Before joining Fudan, he taught at the University of Connecticut as an associate professor. He received his PhD from the University of California, San Diego and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
