复旦大学人口与发展政策研究中心是上海市教委立项建设的高校智库，围绕人口与发展问题来研究中国发展过程中的公共管理和公共政策体系建设。中心已建成复旦大学人口及社会发展领域的跨学科平台，整合了多种数据源和社会科学研究方法，设有公共管理与公共政策模拟实验室，具备对社会发展领域重大问题进行建模与定量分析的能力，能够及时有效地回应政策咨询需求，为政府决策提供科学支撑。
